What Region are the DVD's you sell?

We sell only region 1 (NTSC) DVD's (United States and Canada)


Do you sell any used or preowned items?

At the present time, all of the items that we sell are new and factory sealed. We are working on a program to offer preowned items to compliment our existing selection and once in place, preowned items will appear in their own unique section and be clearly marked as to condition and completeness.


What are your hours of operation?

Orders may be placed online at any time. We are open for business Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 7:00PM. We process orders on all business days with the exception of the following US holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter, and The Fourth of July.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, from time to time we will offer free shipping promotions for certain purchases. Please note that our collectible currency items have a stand alone shipping offer and are not included in our other offers and promotions.


What does usually ships in ___ days mean?

You may use the following as a general guide to shipping times. We make every effort to under promise and overdeliver. If am item can be shipped the same day it is ordered, it will be. Items ordered prior to their release date will be shipped on or just before their scheduled release date. You are always welcome to contact us through the email address on the information page with questions as to specific titles. Business days are Monday through Friday. All Orders placed on Monday will begin processing on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on Monday. If Monday falls on a holiday, then the order will begin processing on the next business day following the holiday. Orders placed on holidays such as Christmas or Thanksgiving begin processing the next business day following the holiday. As a general rule, In stock items will be shipped faster while items on order with the distributor may take slightly longer. Each order takes the number of days specified on the product page ( 1 day, 2-3, 3-4 days, etc. ) to process. Our inventory is not dynamically linked to our site at the moment. "Usually ships in ..." information is updated daily as needed. We will contact you if anything comes up that prevents us from being able to meet the specified shipping times.


How secure is my credit card information?

The security of your private information is our number one priority. All orders are processed over a secure server for maximum protection. We record IP addresses on all purchases to help protect against fraudulent transactions and verify credit card billing addresses and contact information provided to ensure that your card is not being used without your permission. We investigate and prosecute confirmed cases of fraud to the fullest extent of the law to help keep the internet a safe place to conduct business.


Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, due to the rising costs of international credit card fraud, we are no longer able to ship outside of the US and its teritories with the exception of US Military deployments overseas shipping to an APO, FPO, or AE address.


Can I have my item gift wrapped?

We love special occasions and are more than happy to carefully wrap your purchase. Packages are wrapped in traditional solid color paper with a white bow or a seasonally appropriate (religiously neutral) gift bag depending on the size of the item. You may include a special gift message at no additional charge. You may select the gift wrapping option during checkout.


I didn't see the title I was looking for. Can you get it for me?

We try to keep our selection up to date with titles that are currently popular. We can usually track down just about anything so don't hesitate to ask! Just send us an email with your contact information and the title that you are looking for and someone will be in touch with you as quickly as possible.

Do you carry VHS titles?

Due to the decreasing popularity of VHS, we have not included VHS products on our site. We do carry a limited number of new release titles in VHS format and we will be happy to provide them upon request.

Will my item arrive in time for the holidays?

We make every effort to ensure that holiday purchases arrive on time. During the months of November and December we will be shipping orders on Saturdays in addition to our normal business days. There are several things that you can do to help ensure that your item arrives on time. Please make certain that your credit card or debit card billing addreess on file with your credit card company matches the billing address that you provide on your order form EXACTLY, this will eliminate any delays due to extended security verification. If you know the complete zip code for the destination of your package, please provide it. Example: 47809-9989

Please note the shipping information on individual product pages. Items that are listed as shipping in 5-9 days are not likely to arrive in time if ordered less than two weeks prior to the holiday. We will glady make every effort to meet special requests. How do I pay for my order using Paypal?

We make it quick and esay to submit payment for your order via Paypal. To use Paypal, select the Paypal button during checkout and you will recieve a direct payment request from Newestrelease.com via email detailing the transaction.
